These are the terms of use for derivative works such as illustrations, videos, and manga to be used on UTAU covers.

These terms of use apply to Celeste, Soirée and Moulin.

By downloading the VoiceBank, you are deemed to have agreed to all the terms of use, so we may contact you if we see a work that violates the terms.

If you find a violation of the terms, please contact the manager, 蒼白, without directly warning them.

Any works submitted before December 20, 2022, when these terms of use were established, will be overlooked.

These terms of use may be changed without prior notice.

■Indication of VoiceBank name■

When posting a work using VoiceBank on the Internet, be sure to use functions such as the description column or tags to indicate the name of the VoiceBank used.

​

■Dubbing for other characters■

It is prohibited to have each VoiceBank dub another character, regardless of whether it is a copyrighted work (anime, game, etc.) or a fictional character (including UTAU).

Even if you include the name of the VoiceBank, it is prohibited to use it.

​■Official Illustration■

If your work uses voicebanks, you can use the official character images for thumbnails on videos, SoundCloud, UTALOADER, etc.

You can also use it if you want to edit videos by retouch official Illustration.
However, since hair color and eye color are very important physical characteristics,

changing the color of only the hair and eye colors is prohibited.

However, it is permitted if you want to change the color for just a moment as a part of the video production.

■Regarding sexual content■
We do not place any restrictions on R-18 or R-18G content.
However, please be considerate of minors and those who are uncomfortable with such content.
We also do not place any restrictions on male-female pairings or homosexual content (GL,male genderbend BL).
Please be sure to check the terms and conditions of your partner.​

■Changing Appearance■
You are free to change your hairstyle, such as to have short hair, a ponytail, or let your hair down.

However, as mentioned above, hair and eye color are considered physical characteristics, so changes are prohibited.

Therefore, please adhere to the hair color (gradient or mesh) even if you change your hairstyle.

However, we will make an exception if you want to change the color for just a moment as a part of a video production.

■Changing clothing (in the case of original costumes)■
You can dress the character in clothing other than the official costumes.
There are no restrictions on colors, so you can dress the character in any color you like.

There are no particular restrictions on cute or sexy costumes.

However, please be mindful of any content that may develop into R-18 content.

​

■Changing clothing (for copyrighted material)■

​To avoid any trouble, it is prohibited to post illustrations of copyrighted characters (from anime, games, manga, etc.) wearing clothing.

If it is the same UTAU character, then again to avoid any issues, it will only be permitted if both administrators agree.

Manager will not be involved in contacting the other party, so please contact them yourself.

If you have already received permission from the other party, please send us a screenshot as evidence.

Please make sure to inform the other party that you will be sending us a screenshot.
If the other party's administrator is no longer active and cannot be contacted, or if the other party's terms of use clearly prohibit dressing other sound sources in official costumes,we are sorry, but posting this type of illustration will be prohibited.

■Gender change■

There are no restrictions on changing the voice of each character to a male character in illustrations or manga.

However,Celeste prohibits using the g flag and formant shift to make the voice sound masculine and little girl.​It is possible to change the g flag by up to ±10 to suit the atmosphere of the song.

If you have altered the character to be male or have a male voice, be sure to state that it has been altered to be male or have a male voice.

​

■Modifications to official profile■

​Manipulation of age, height, etc. in illustrations and manga to make the characters look like young children or adults is permitted.

"Favorite things" was decided in consultation with the voice provider, so any changes to this item are prohibited.

You are permitted to create new favorite things in the "Favorite Things" section, and to create new settings that are not officially set.

However, you are prohibited from making statements as if these are official settings.

If you have added any new settings, please state so.
